I'm a Product Owner in healthcare IT, and most of my work comes down to one question: why is this so hard for people?
Whether it's a patient trying to schedule an appointment at 10pm or a nurse toggling between three systems to find one piece of information, those friction points are where I start. I work on the digital channels that sit between patients and their care: conversational AI, SMS, voice, chat. The goal is always to make that experience feel less like navigating a system and more like getting actual help.
I spend a lot of time with the people closest to the problem, doctors, nurses, front desk staff, call center agents, before I start building anything. That's where the real insight lives.
How I Work
I tend to break things down before building them up. Complex workflows, tangled stakeholder needs, legacy processes - I like finding problems that could be simplified. I work best when I'm close to both the technical team and the people the product is actually for, and I try to keep the work moving in small, testable steps rather than waiting for perfect.

Outside of Work
Photography is one of my favorite ways to unplug. I got my first camera at 15 and the rest is history. Feel free to take a look at my photos. Travel, good food, and the occasional deep dive into cooking round out the rest.
